Documentation / Letters of Advice
It is open to the SNCT to provide additional advice on the implementation of Circulars. Such advice does not vary conditions of service but is designed to:
- Clarify SNCT thinking to reduce potential misunderstandings at the local level
- Provide advice on good practice
Letters of Advice may be issued by either the Joint Secretaries or the Joint Chairs.

The Handbook came into effect on 1 August 2007 and replaces all previously issued SNCT Circulars.
It has been issued to LNCT Joint Secretaries.
